For fixed-price projects, the price in the written proposal only changes through a change request that you approve.

Payments are tied to demonstrated, delivered milestones — not to promises.
30 days of free aftercare
For 30 days after final acceptance we fix defects and make small optimisations (up to 4 hours in total) free of charge, e.g. copy, styling, performance or usability tweaks within the delivered scope.
Your code, your IP
Full IP transfer and repository ownership on final payment. No lock-in, documented handover.
NDA before details
We sign an NDA before you share anything confidential, yours or ours.

Are these fixed prices?
They are starting prices. After a free scoping call you get a written proposal with a fixed price or a milestone budget. A fixed price only changes through a change request that you approve.
What makes a project cost more than the starting price?
Mostly scope: the number of features, languages and integrations, a custom design and an urgent timeline. The project estimate shows how each choice moves the range.
What is included in every package?
A senior tech lead from the first call to handover, tests and documentation, full IP transfer on final payment and 30 days of free aftercare, including up to 4 hours of small optimisations.
How do payments work?
Fixed-price projects are paid per delivered milestone. Retainers are billed monthly and time & materials by the hour, with transparent reporting.
Can we start with a smaller step?
Yes. A fixed-price sprint gives you a defined result in 1–2 weeks. We can also split the scope into phases, or schedule a flexible start date into free capacity for up to 10% less.
Which currency do you invoice in, and what about VAT?
The English site shows USD; the German, Croatian and Serbian sites show EUR. All prices exclude VAT. SANICURA d.o.o. (Croatia, EU) invoices EU businesses under the reverse-charge procedure.
