Frequently asked questions
Do you only maintain systems you built?
No. We can onboard existing systems after a short technical review.
What happens to unused hours?
We agree this upfront — typically a limited rollover to the next month.
Can we scale the retainer up or down?
Yes, the monthly budget can be adjusted with notice as your needs change.
Is hosting included?
Hosting costs are passed through transparently; management and monitoring are part of the retainer.
What happens after launch?
Every project includes 30 days of free aftercare after final acceptance: we fix defects and make small optimisations (up to 4 hours in total) at no charge. After that, maintenance and development continue through an optional Care retainer.
What is the minimum term?
We agree an initial term during scoping; after that the retainer can be cancelled monthly.
How fast do you respond to incidents?
Response times are agreed in the retainer. Every enquiry gets a reply within 24 hours on working days.
Can the retainer include hosting costs?
Hosting costs are passed through transparently at cost; management and monitoring are part of the retainer.
